Privacy Policy

The short version: this site collects what you type into the contact form, plus standard usage analytics through Google Analytics. Nothing is ever sold, and nothing is shared for advertising.
What we collect
Contact form. When you send a message we receive your name, your email address, your company name if you include one, and your message. Stored alongside it are two technical basics that arrive with any web request: your browser’s user-agent string and the country the request came from.
Analytics. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand
how it is used: pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (city or
region level), device and browser type, and how you arrived here. Google
Analytics sets cookies (_ga and related) to recognize returning
visitors. IP addresses are used to derive that approximate location and are
not stored by Google Analytics 4.
How we use it
Messages: to read and reply. Analytics: to see which pages get read and where visitors come from, so we can improve the site. We never sell or rent your information, we don’t use it for advertising to you, and sending us a message does not put you on a mailing list.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored with Cloudflare, the infrastructure this site runs on. Analytics data is processed and held by Google as our analytics provider. Those are the only two third parties involved.
How long we keep it
Messages: as long as it takes to handle your inquiry and whatever conversation follows. If you want your message deleted, ask through the contact form or in any reply thread and we’ll remove it. Analytics data is retained on Google Analytics’ standard schedule and is not tied to your name.
Cookies and opting out
The only cookies on this site are Google Analytics’. You can block them in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on; the site works exactly the same without them.
Do Not Track
This site does not respond to Do Not Track signals. If you don’t want analytics to see your visit, use either opt-out above.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a fresh date.
